Our client - a large local social housing contractor providing maintenance services to 1000s of properties across Cambridgeshire area is looking for an experienced groundworker/ multi-trade to work on a domestic maintenance social housing contract assisting in the void operations and planned maintenance. The candidate will ideally be a skilled Groundworker/Multi-trade.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you ll carry out repairs to a variety of building services, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include ground works and drainage related works minor carpentry works, building work.

You ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge . With previous experience within a similar role, you ll have the ability to work in all weather, operating small hand tools and will be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

You must hold a valid manual UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided after sucesful probation period (work use only).

For this position, you must have the following:

• Own transport and clean UK licence
• Tools
• Full PPE
• Groundworks Experience

This temporary work for a Ground Worker is for an on going duration, on a residential project in and around Cambrdige area.
You must have previous proven experience in groundworks / extrernal repairs as well as willing to do internal wet trade duties.
