AddressRecruitEasy are looking for a Groundworks foreman to work for our client based in Plymouth, Devon.

Job Roles:
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.
- Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
- Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.
- Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report project progress to superiors
- Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
- Reporting to other senior project managers as required.
- Supervise all construction workers
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Valid SSSTS required
- Experienced in Drainage, highways, infrastructure and Groundworks would be an advantage
Pay Rate: £18.00 to £22.00 per Hour
