LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is currently recruiting for Groundworks Supervisors to join our site teams in:
Derbyshire
Deeside
Warrington
Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocation of labour on site
- Plan works for the forthcoming week
- Arrange material deliveries as per site call off sheet
- Arrange for spoil removal from site as per site call off sheet
- Ensure ALL H&S paper work is in place and updated accordingly
- Ensure ALL works are conducted in a safe and timely manner
- Report any issues on site - site labour, discrepancies with drawings, Issues with deliveries and weather conditions that cause delay.
Requirements for the role:
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Experience of working on sites
- be able to work within a larger team
- a driving Licence
- Plant Tickets
- Steel fixing experience
- CSCS Card
