A brilliant team of client services, creative, technologists, designers and producers, they're now looking for a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director to come and join their fold.

The Group Account Director / Junior Business Director will be an instrumental and key hire for the agency, you'll be the gatekeeper between the client and the internal teams and you'll oversee and lead across lots of the agency's key projects.

The Group Account Director / Junior Business Director will be a trusted partner to clients, and you'll work with them to ensure their business is best serviced by the agency. You'll be a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director who is commercially strong, you'll understand how to lead negotiations and present great ideas, and how to partner with both internal and external stakeholders. 

The Group Account Director / Junior Business Director will work across a range of clients within the agency, and work with the senior leadership team on growth and new business opportunities. You'll oversee and manage your team, and as Group Account Director / Junior Business Director ensure their careers are heading in the right direction.

We need a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships.

You will know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives, and you'll be a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director who can  work well with strategists to turn client opportunities into inspiring creative briefs.

It's super important that we have a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director who has great attention to detail, some of these projects are complexed events and builds, and it's important that you can work with your team on the detail. 

You'll be a Group Account Director / Junior Business Director who is passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively with the studio and production.
