Group Bodyshop Manager Job In Bristol

Group Bodyshop Manager required covering the SN and BS postcodes.

• Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum with additional bonus up to £8,000 per annum plus overachievement bonus.
• Monday to Friday only!

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Group Bodyshop Manager to assist in the management our client's 5 automotive accident repair centres in the SN and BS postcode regions.
Reporting directly the Group Managing Director and Group Accountant weekly, you will have overall accountability for the groups branches across 5 sites. Ultimately you are going to be responsible for achieving budget targets and increasing profitability, improving customer, staff and work provider experience, and helping to develop and expand the group. Your prior experience in doing this will mean you have a strict process for managing and developing all areas of the business and be able to further enhance an already successful operation.
To be eligible you will ideally have strong recent or current experience as a Group/Regional Bodyshop Manager however our client is also willing to consider Bodyshop Managers looking to take the next step in their career in to a fully-fledged group role. You will be responsible for the training and development of a large team so good leadership skills and self-motivation are essential. Our client specified a methodical approach to work will also be required. The ideal candidate will live within a reasonable distance to our clients geographical area and a UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
