The Role: Group Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Manager
Location: Flexible, commutable to our locations

Responsibilities of the role:
* Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive CapEx strategy that aligns with our company’s goals. Collaborate with senior
management to prioritise projects for optimal return on investment.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the annual CapEx budget, aligning with our financial plan. Deliver accurate forecasts for
capital projects, both planned and ongoing.
* Project Oversight: Lead project evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Ensure CapEx projects comply with
budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
* Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms. Build and maintain
strong relationships for efficient project execution.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on project status, analyze performance indicators, and conduct
post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in CapEx management or a similar financial role.
* Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Experience in project management, delivering on time and within budget.
* Successfully managed a small team
* Driving Licence and ability to drive between our locations as required
