We are seeking an exceptional individual who, as an experienced leader in maternity services, has a pedigree for service delivery in this challenging but massively exciting service. You'll need to understand and be able to evidence the power of multidisciplinary and service user collaborative working and ensure that the safety of the patients is at the heart of your decision making.
