Location: Leisure across Derby Arena and Springwood Leisure Centre
We are seeking to appoint enthused Group Exercise Instructors to help deliver our successful Group Exercise program across Derby Arena, and Springwood Leisure Centre
Our current timetable operates over 90 classes per week over three sites. We’re looking to recruit to add to our classes cover list and to add to our timetable. Have an exciting new idea for a fitness class or are newly qualified we would love to hear from you!
You should be customer focused and have demonstrable experience of working with a range of customers of all ages and abilities in a health and wellbeing service.
Requirements:
- A REP’s level 2 Exercise to music qualification
- Group exercise qualifications (i.e. Spin, Circuits, Yoga, Pilates etc)
- Demonstrate experience of delivering high levels of customer service
- Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements

All employees will normally be appointed to the minimum of the grade for the job.
A temporary market rate supplement which is attached to this post within the hourly rate. This is in addition to the basic salary of £14.41 an hour and is subject to regular review which may result in the supplement being reduced or withdrawn. The supplement will also reduce in line with incremental progression and pay awards.
