This role is 7 hours a week on a fixed-term contract until May 2025.
What will the role look like?
To lead the delivery of a weekly group/drop-in that supports individuals to find better ways of coping with day-to-day challenges such parenting, mental health, self-care and managing stress .
The aim of the project is to support the ongoing mental health needs of those impacted by trauma (self-defined) primarily focused on parents but open to all adults who would like to access support and who have experienced trauma.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with BACP/UKCP practitioner status and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification clinically supervised counselling hours to be part of our counselling and wellbeing team.
We are looking for people with experience of working with a diverse client group including people in crisis and those who present psychological difficulties.
