We're looking for an accomplished Group Head/Chief of Engineering to ensure we operate our machinery and equipment across ten distinguished sites in the UK. Your Impact:
- As the senior-most leader in the Engineering department, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy for engineering and maintenance excellence across our group.
- Lead a team of dedicated maintenance professionals, nurturing their growth and ensuring the highest operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Spearheaded significant growth projects, including new installations, acquisitions, and large-scale plant purchases.
What We Require:
- A robust background in senior engineering management within a high-volume food production environment.
- An academic foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering (degree level).
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, executing performance enhancements, and fostering positive behavioural changes.
- Expertise in Lean, TPM, RCA, RCM, and other advanced preventative maintenance methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and familiarity with CMMS systems. Microsft D365 would be an advantage.
