Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing designand maintenance of the Workday HCM system
- Proactively partner with the business and Functional CoE's to understand business issues, analyse data, and suggest ways to leverage Workday to enhance their services.
- Release Management - evaluation of new functionality and roadmap prioritization, approval of break/fix, EIB creation and mass data changes
- Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements
- Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support
- Define and manage Workday data governance policy, processes and facilitate security administration
- Project Management (within HR) and testing coordination
- Annual Process support and enhancements - Open Enrollment, Talent & Performance Management, Annual Merit
- Integrations and Vendor Management Liaison
- Provide oversight and guidance for all system configuration changes
- Relationship management with Finance and IT to ensure holistic system governance
