Your New Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Marketing and Internal Communications Manager to join our Group Marketing team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in our Furnival Street office and will offer Hybrid working.
As the Marketing and Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both external marketing efforts and internal communications, building and executing content strategies that not only support our market presence but also strengthen our internal team alignment and engagement.
The standard hours of work are Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:
- Project managing marketing and internal comms activity at Group level that support and amplify our short- and long-term internal and external campaigns
- Developing a deep understanding of the target audience across our key areas, including demographics, interests, pain points, and behaviours, to tailor messaging effectively
- Content and production management for internal and external marketing campaigns including but not limited to email marketing, website, social media, paid media and a variety of other comms including case studies and thought leadership. This also includes video, photography, and animation.
- Continually infuse SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) principles into external marketing, incorporating relevant keywords and phrases into content to enhance search engine visibility and ranking
- Collaborate closely with BU comms leads, business development, work winning and bid teams to ensure each team is enabled with the content required for growth
- Utilise data from campaign performance and optimise based on results
- Manage and promote content library
- Project Management of campaigns and projects
- Stay on top of content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and test for internal and external audiences
- Management of events both internal and external
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Marketing and communications qualification is desirable
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content
- Customer-centric mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects to time and to budget
- In depth marketing experience - agency or in house
- In depth internal communications experience – working on campaigns that are internal and external
- Experience with creating a brief and writing content for email marketing
- Experience of managing agencies and budgets
- Clear understanding of how to maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing materials, following brand guidelines and tone of voice (TOV) documents to build brand recognition and trust.
- Paid Media: Have a good understanding of how to write compelling ads for Google Search, Display and paid Social
