Our client are seeking a Group Marketing Director to contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of marketers.
- Drive the increase of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality audiences for events and sponsored marketing solutions.
- Maximise the effectiveness of Marketing Technology, with a focus on CRM and lead generation activities.
- Optimise their website performance and development.
Priorities:
- Recruit and develop a high-performance marketing team.
- Provide strategic marketing intelligence to refine the Go-To-Market strategy.
- Collaborate as part of the senior leadership team for long-range planning and scaling.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of each product.
- Build and gain access to targeted, high-quality prospects.
- Drive engagement with primary and secondary audiences at the top of the funnel.
- Identify, prioritise, and execute transformative projects improving marketing operations.
Requirements:
- Proven senior marketing experience in the events or conference industry.
- Strong leadership skills, managing high-performance teams (minimum 10 team members).
- Track record of creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
