We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Group People Coordinator as part of our commitment to our people.

As a Group People Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our Human Resources team, contributing to the overall success of the organisation by providing administrative and coordination support across various HR functions. Your role will involve handling employee relations, benefits administration,  onboarding, and other key HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience. What can you bring to Banham?

Your previous experience within a similar role will enable you to;

  • Support in all internal and external People related queries
  • Provide administrative support on People processes (including payroll and benefits)
  • Support in induction, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop relationships with members of staff on all levels
  • Ensure all data on computerised records is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and analyse People related data reporting
  • Administration of full employee life cycle, including offer letter and contract, pre-employment vetting checks, contractual updates, leaving arrangements, exit interviews, where needed.
  • Support with updating company policies
  • Assist with recruitment processes when required– loading job adverts, resourcing, pre-screening, arranging interviews, ordering psychometric tests
  • Undertaking other relevant duties as and when required to any client group. This may involve supporting during employee relations activities (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
  • Support with People project
  • Support the People team with ADHOC tasks

  • Experience using MS Office
  • Experience with HRIS (IRIS Cascade, desirable)
