Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Group Secretary based in Gateshead. This is a full time role workong on an on-going contract basis
The job:
To provide an efficient, professional and comprehensive secretarial service to the Group Management Team.
To provide a diary management service for the Service Directors - and Service Managers - and secretarial support as required ensuring an efficient service is provided.
To plan and organise meetings to ensure objectives are met, accurately producing minutes and agendas.
To manage incoming and outgoing email and correspondence to ensure that appropriate action is taken promptly.
Generic administrative duties as required by management
The candidate:
Experience in a similar role in administration or secretarial
Minute taking skills
Strong IT skills including MS Office
Local government experience desired
