Group Senior Compliance Manager

Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager working for a highly respected and knowledgeable leader.
Within this investment organisation, you will be supporting the Head of Compliance in designing and maintaining the Compliance policies, associated frameworks, relevant risk assessments and monitoring plans.
The role is broad, where you will be involved in projects on a regular basis and generalist in nature.

• Leading on the business's transaction specific compliance activities including AML/KYC assessment and other relevant compliance risks
• Supporting the Head of Compliance on the compliance oversight and management of the Group's investment advisory business and other associated business units including bridge lending and development finance
• Taking a lead in committee meetings, deputising for the Head of Compliance when required
• Working closely with compliance teams to assess local compliance risks and determine appropriate actions to close any gaps.
• Undertaking cross compliance monitoring work on key regulatory topics
