Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to head a small Licensing team to cover a maternity leave. This team comprises of a Solicitor, Licensing Manager, 2 Licensing Assistants and a Taxi enforcement officer. The team deals with a full range of legal matters in relation to Legal Services Licensing Matters, Highways, Traffic, Risk & Emergency Planning, development services. Public Health, Community and Environment, and general prosecution matters.

Working arrangement: The client is looking for candidates to start ASAP until February 2025. This role is to be performed on a full time, hybrid basis – travel to the office required once or twice a week.

This role is suited to Qualified Solicitors

Hourly rate: £50-55 p/h
