Group Vehicle Administrator

We are looking for a Group Vehicle Administrator to join our at our Toyota dealership in Barnsley on Barugh Green Road.

What are the day to day duties?

• Prepare and process the necessary documents
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Daily tasks to include - taxing, ordering vehicles, and uploading documentation to various compliance systems
• Reporting to managers to progress of vehicles from order point to delivery
• Weekly system updates
• Answering phones and providing customers with updates
• Assisting our group accounts team with invoice queries

You will have:

• Experience working within an administration environment
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
