We are looking for a Group Vehicle Administrator to join our at our Toyota dealership in Barnsley on Barugh Green Road.

What are the day to day duties?
- Prepare and process the necessary documents
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Daily tasks to include - taxing, ordering vehicles, and uploading documentation to various compliance systems
- Reporting to managers to progress of vehicles from order point to delivery
- Weekly system updates
- Answering phones and providing customers with updates
- Assisting our group accounts team with invoice queries

You will have:
- Experience working within an administration environment
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
