The Role:
We are in search of a results-oriented Marketing Manager with a data-driven approach. Ideal candidates should possess experience in early-stage consumer startups and a proven track record of expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels, particularly in e commerce and online retail.
The primary objective of this position is to cultivate and expand the community associated with the brand. The aim is to foster robust advocacy, loyalty, and engagement for the online shopping destination for sustainable lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as our 'digital voice,' actively promoting the platform, engaging customers, and motivating sustainable shoppers to make conversions.
- Lead sales growth, emphasising acquisition, customer lifetime value (LTV), and retention.
- Oversight of all areas of the ecommerce business, encompassing business planning and content strategy and development
- Build and nurture the audience and community for the brand, fostering strong advocacy, loyalty, and engagement
- Effectively utilise various channels and activities to achieve the core goal and contribute to broader business growth goals and ambitions.
- Specialise in a particular area such as Brand Marketing (consumer Press, PR, OOH, guerrilla marketing, etc.) or Performance Marketing (Paid, programmatic, digital).
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver effective campaigns across the full marketing mix, including Organic & SEO, Paid & digital, Press, Social media, etc., as well as proficiency in 'Growth Hacking.'
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead sizable eCommerce projects and in high-growth B2C Ecommerce
- Proficiency in expanding community, audience, loyalty, and referral schemes, as well as gamification
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce technology and advanced analytics
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of consumer brands and insight into the dynamics of how people shop, focusing on building loyal affinity with the audience.
- Taken charge of campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, increasing conversions, and elevating brand exposure.
- Skillfully managed the development and production of creatives, copy, assets, and collateral required for campaigns and activities.
- Utilise data-driven insights, analysing analytics to optimize campaigns and effectively present key decisions.
- Respond to business needs and contribute to shared business objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure value realisation.
