Who we are seeking

We are now recruiting GRP Finishers to join the Sunseeker team. As a Sunseeker GRP Finisher, your work will be admired and respected in marinas across the world.

The most suitable candidates for this role will have relevant experience in car body repair work or preferably experience within the marine industry.

You'll be based at Sunseeker Shipyards or Sunseeker Willis Way in Poole, Dorset. You'll have the opportunity to work at our largest sites within our award-winning workforce, truly becoming a part of the Sunseeker team.

Example responsibilities include

As a Sunseeker GRP Finisher, you will work across the vast majority of our boat lines, finishing and repairing GRP structures alongside preparing and releasing various sized moulds. Working as a small team, youll seek to achieve the production goals set out, helping to maintain impeccable quality throughout as part of our trademark Sunseeker quality promise.

• Is driven to complete work to the best of their ability even when given tight tolerances
• Understands and is mindful of the Companys Health and Safety procedures at all times

Our working patterns

• Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
• Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30

You will be asked to select your preferred shift pattern during your application. Please note however that shift patterns are subject to availability and therefore are not guaranteed. Please speak to our Talent team if you have specific requirements.

Our pay rates

• Basic hourly rates from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience
• Overtime rates of up to £24.75 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) - please note that Overtime is not guaranteed and it is allocated based on business needs at the time
