Grid Systems Integration (GSI) is a high-growth business that delivers project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support customer needs. A key initiative to ensure the success of the GSI business ramp-up is the creation & deployment of the GSI academy dedicated to the development of GSI specific technical competencies which are required to support our growth and long-term strategy. Different learning journeys and solutions will be proposed. The success of the GSI academy is built on 6 focus areas: technical program, technical trainer development, external educational partners, learning platform, technical learning culture & processes.
The GSI Academy Class Program Project Manager leads the design and elaboration of the technical classes' content in close cooperation with GSI subject experts & coordinates the trainings' journey on time and within budget to ensure a successful resources' and competencies' ramp-up. The role reports to the Executive GSI Academy Leader.
Job Description
Main responsibilities :
The Class Program Project Manager works closely with the subject experts (design training leaders), trainers and external educational partners.
Specifically, for the technical classes under their responsibilities, they will:
- identify existing critical resources and competencies' gap versus business needs in collaboration with GSI leadership.
- Develop and implement training content (curriculum) together with subject experts (design training leaders) as well as with educational designers (external companies)
- Ensure compliance, quality assurance and IP safety of training content.
- Organize the trainees selection with the different leaders.
- Manage classes' planning, roll-out and assessment (certification)
- Ensure the class performance in terms of quality (trainees' certification & satisfaction versus program content), cost (respect of the budget) and timing
- Leverage virtual platform and technology solutions to deliver in remote and hybrid work environments.
- Master's degree preferably in Engineering/Project Management, 5-8 years' experience
- Project management experience as Project Manager or in the other functions of EPC organization as Engineering, construction ...
- Experience in Turnkey Substation (AC or DC) with a minimum technical knowledge
- Very good communication, listening skills and used to manage multi-cultural workshops, users experience feedback.
