Role Mission
To provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to increase the brand loyalty by communicating as “Gucci ambassador" the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. To act as a leader and example of best practice to your team, supporting the management team by supervising and motivating the team to achieve results.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
  • Serve customers accordingly, with Gucci selling ceremony
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritage
  • Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories utilizing your senior experience and expert knowledge
  • Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual clients and detect new high potential ones
  • Collaborate with managers to prepare and deliver training moments, upskilling the team
  • Support in writing end of day reports and providing feedback to management
  • Support Managers to supervise team KPI ‘s and motivate the team to achieve incentives and store goals
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
  • Build and strengthen relationships within your team, support them growing their own individual experience and development areas
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store or department
  • Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Gucci visual standards
  • Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
  • Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
  • Act as an ambassador for grooming guidelines, accordingly with Gucci standards and policies
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior role within fashion retail companies ideally with a strong background in Ready to wear or accessories
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and team result
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury fashion and trends
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
  • Team-player mentality
  • Strong communication skills with the knowledge and ability to build and maintain a client book
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Extensive Luxury product knowledge
  • Fluent in English and preferably a second language
