Address Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Guest Excellence Advisor to join our Central Team on a permanent basis. This role will be based at our Chessington office.
As part of the lively and fun team you’ll be answering incoming help requests vie emails, live chats and telephone calls for our Merlin Annual Pass guests. Working towards key customer experience performance indicators, you will deliver outstanding levels of customer service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be available to work full-time hours which will consist of working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
- You will have excellent typing skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English together with excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
- A positive can-do approach
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service
