Guest Liaison Manager
is responsible for the effective management of the Emory Assistant (EA) team in an efficient, and courteous manner. This team of EAs act as our guests single point-of-contact throughout their stay at The Emory. The EAs will work together with the Guest Services team to prepare for each guests arrival and act as a liaison between guest and hotel during their stay, for any type of request they may have.Candidates with
