The Role

As our Guest Relations Assistant, you will serve as an ambassador of exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring they have an enchanting experience, whilst creating unforgettable memories.

You will be responsible for facilitating their arrivals and departures by communicating with the front-of-house team and other departments, driving ideas, delivering some of the very best experiences in the hospitality industry.

The Person

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a 5-star or luxury boutique hotel in a similar role.

You will be flexible, highly organised, creative, and an adaptable candidate with exceptional guest service skills.
