Job description

Job Title - Guest Relations Manager 

Salary - £26,000 per annum plus extensive benefits 

Contract - Full Time Permanent

We are searching for a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as Guest Relations Manager. If you have previous hotel experience in a senior supervisory or management role who will be confident liaising with our guests, then we would love to meet you.

Your day with Team Carden:

  • Take responsibility for the operational leadership and support to deliver total customer focus throughout the Hotel to achieve or exceed Hotel profit and other targets agreed and outlined in Hotel’s Business Plan.

  • Assisting in the delivery of a high standard of service and customer satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, procedures and profitability throughout the hotel.

  • Closely monitoring guest feedback and implementing necessary changes to service style/procedures in response to such feedback.
  • Assisting in the control of all operating costs within the hotel.
  • Liasing with the all departments throughout the day regarding changes to functions and events and to communicate any changes as required. Through the daily DASH meeting each morning and at handover each day
  • Ensuring all standards of operating and personal performance within the hotel are actioned, monitored and evaluated.

You will have an excellent eye for detail, with experience of working in a high volume quality hotel. Our successful manager must be hands on and lead by example demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead a team. You will have excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry and preferably previous experience with in a food and beverage department to either supervisory or management level.  This is a great opportunity to work in a luxury resort hotel with a fantastic team and for those looking to progress their careers in a management operational role.
