Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent Guest Service
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse range of guests
- Proficient in phone etiquette and able to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel operations and the ability to navigate hotel software systems
