We have an exciting new role for a Marketing & Customer Liaison Officer to join our Future of Energy team as we pioneer a world first green energy project in Fife. Joining the Future of Energy department, you will cultivate compelling marketing campaigns, foster meaningful customer relationships, and be a part of strategic initiatives to propel our brand to new heights.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Engaging with customers in our energy project
  • Designing and creating customer market materials
  • Conducting customer research and insights gathering
  • Arranging customer and community events
  • Working collaboratively with the project team

     

    What you’ll need

  • Experience in customer facing environment
  • Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good written and verbal communications
  • Experience arranging and managing events
  • Experience developing customer marketing content
