- Providing expert technical and scientific support to colleagues and customers both remotely and at customer sites
- Performing installations of instrumentation for demonstration
- Preparing and delivering technical training

- Qualification in a life sciences discipline
- Strong background working within a haemostasis environment as a biomedical scientist, Applications Specialist or product specialist
