Our Salon is based in the heart of Southampton near West Quay.
Full time position required - Salon opening days are Tuesday-Saturday.
Looking for someone who is experienced, ambitious & hardworking with an enthusiastic attitude, who will strive to create an environment of encouragement, creativity and empowerment.

You need to -
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final result
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications -
- Previous experience in a salon
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new hair styling techniques and products
- Experience with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions
- Experience mentoring or training junior stylists
