Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at our salon in wallington . As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Your creativity and passion for hair will shine as you help clients achieve their desired looks.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client requests
- Apply color, highlights, and other hair treatments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas
- Assist with store management tasks as assigned
- Provide makeup application services if trained in makeup artistry
- Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proficiency in barbering techniques for both men's and women's haircuts
- Strong store management skills to assist with daily operations
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques (optional)
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other stylists
- Mentoring skills to guide junior stylists in their professional development
- Experience in eyelash extensions (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £8.48-£11.83 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 47 per week

Experience:

• stylist: 3 years (preferred)
• Hairdressing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
