JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handyman required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance. Our client is looking for reliable handyman to join the team on a building in Rochdale.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week 6am - 2pm Monday-Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a trade / DIY background and also experience being a keyholder to open up the building.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Basic maintenance repairs

Helping with deliveries

Setting up rooms

Checking the building for any issues

Litter picking, gritting, leaf removal

General maintenance duties around the site
