18 - 22 per hour

Long term role

Must have an in date CSCS card

4 x Multi-Traders required for a long-term residential conversation construction project, which is about to handover 50 apartments over the next 5/6 months.

Day to day duties 2 x Multi-Traders/Handyperson (Internal)

The day-to-day duties will consist of carrying out all aspects of internal trade work on site such as:

• Carpentry
• Painting
• Minor plumbing tasks
• Minor plastering
• Minor repairs
• General snagging

Day to day duties 2 x Multi-Traders/Handyperson (External)

The day-to-day duties will consist of carrying out all aspects of external trade work on site such as:

• Groundworks
• Minor brickwork
• Making good
• External carpentry
• Rendering
• Concrete repairs
• Painting
• Minor repairs
• General snagging

Based on your experience you will have an array of handheld and 100v power tools and be able to perform all required duties on site as instructed and conduct all work according to industry health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be hard working and driven
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
• Hand held tools
• Power tools
• CSCS Card
