We have an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson / Contractor Escort to work on one of our NHS maintenance and repairs contracts in Bristol. This team delivers a first-class repairs service in partnership with an NHS Trust. The role will entail accompanying building contractors and completing some basic reactive/responsive repairs.Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare and housing association sectors. We currently provide maintenance services to over 300 buildings for 20 Trusts across the UK.Job PurposeAs part of the role you will be working across two key NHS sites; Blackberry Hill Hospital and Callington Road Hospital in Bristol. This position is offered on an initial 6 month contract although there is the potential that this position may become permanent.
