We are looking to hire a Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep the company grounds clean and tidy.
We are seeking an individual who would be highly dedicated to their work, and interested in maintaining the firm's appearance and policy of providing safe and clean grounds to our employees and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of basic landscaping techniques, as well as a varied skill set . We're looking for individuals with a high attention to detail who will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Duties of work:
Ensure that all external areas such as car parks, paths and roadways are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
Carry out litter clearing and ensure waste streams are well managed.
Provide an efficient strimming and grass cutting service around the site.
Ensure that all maintenance work that is carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy to maintain the safety of all customers & colleagues.
You have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors.
