CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced FM handyperson to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This role is located on a static site in Stockport and previous building maintenance experience is required. You will be expected to carry out small tasks across the site (lock changes, basic plumbing, tiling, painting). The client is keen to progress any candidates willing to go through training with career progression being a great benefit of this company! Below are all the details on this new opportunity:
Hours of work:
- 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities:
- To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
- Ensure Company and site, Health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.
- Assist the maintenance team on site
- Undertake basic plumbing works
- Filter changes
Person specification:
- Joinery, basic plumbing/electrics experience
- Previous FM building maintenance experience
- Customer facing attitude
- Ability to work well as a team
Package:
- Salary of £29,000
- 25 days plus bank
