What you will be doing...
Hangar Cleaner, Manchester Airport.
As Hangar Cleaner you are responsible for the daily upkeep of the Jet2.com aircraft hangar at Manchester Airport, playing a vital part in the internal and external tidiness of our maintenance facility.
You will provide the highest standards of housekeeping in all areas of the facility, responsible for the cleanliness of the floor throughout aircraft maintenance inputs, removing and disposing of rubbish as required and liaising with third party waste removal companies.
TheHangar Cleaner will ensure clean and tidy restrooms daily, monitoring the stock of cleaning products and reordering as required.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the reception area and hangar surroundings, ensuring they are always kept clean and tidy.
After a period of training, it is expected that you will work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern.
The successful candidate:
- Will bereliable, demonstrate excellent attention to detailand be highly motivated.
- You will ideally have experience of working in a security restricted location and possess a full awareness of Healthand Safety Issues involved with working in an Engineering environment. Due to our location and the starting times, it is preferred that you will hold a Full UK driving license.
