Looking to put your skills to the test? Our client in the lighting industry is seeking a Hardcoat Operator (Clean Room) to join their team in Harlow. As a Hardcoat Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality in hardcoating, screen printing, and pad printing of parts. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a clean room environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional results, this opportunity is for you!

?? What you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently performing hardcoating, screen printing, and pad printing tasks while adhering to proper procedures.
  • Wearing full clean-room PPE to maintain quality standards.
  • Conducting basic machinery maintenance and cleaning following guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Meeting production and quality targets.
  • Providing suggestions and promptly reporting any issues that may arise.

  • Ability to assess the quality levels of components confidently.
  • Highly organised and capable of prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

�? Qualifications & Experience:

?? Essential:

  • Previous experience in a Clean Room/lab environment.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of quality principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

?? Advantageous:

  • Experience in hardcoating, screen & pad printing, including solvent mixing and paint formulation.
