Key Responsibilities
As Hardy Plant Supervisor you will be overseeing the running of the Outdoor Area while your department manager is away. You will also be assisting customers on a daily basis so plant knowledge is a must, while retail experience is definitely preferred, it's not a make or break.
You will need to be comfortable working with EPOS systems and also putting out POS material in the relevant area.
About You
The candidate we are looking for is someone who has worked with plants before and has gained some knowledge of Hardy Plants. Ideally someone from a Garden Retail setting, but that isn't a must!
