The Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and providing essential care to our patients. From assisting with daily activities to ensuring patient comfort and safety, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to deliver compassionate and personalized care to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting patients with personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
* Supporting patients with mobility and activities of daily living
* Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as necessary
* Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential
* Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to undergo relevant training and development
