We are looking to recruit an hcpc-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with ideally minimum of two years' wax removal experience.
We are a family-run company with 9 audiologists. There is no sales pressure as we believe in allowing our Audiologists to focus on their clinical skills so that they can provide the best service to our clients. Our staff never have a sales manager breathing down their neck, there are no conversion targets, no average order value and no order volume targets. We charge for our services, so our Audiologists don't have to do any selling at all, as we will happily do wax removals and hearing tests all day. We have a back office team who deal with things like appointments, consent forms and payments, so our Audiologists can spend their time on their clinical duties. We want our staff to be happy and we believe that happy staff will give the best service. All we expect is for our clinical staff to turn up on time, set up their clinic and give a day's great service, going home knowing that they have made the world a better place by helping people hear better.
We strongly believe in work-life balance, and some of our clinics are flexible with regards to start and end times, so that childcare hours can be taken into account, or if candidates prefer to start earlier or later in the morning, this can be considered.
The successful candidate will be working a regular rota at day clinics in Oxford, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Didcot, and Stokenchurch.
Basic salary will be 35k - 50k depending on experience, and there is a car allowance of 4,800
20 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year for the first 5 years
The vacancy will be from mid-March.
