An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper role within Urology Ward 11C at QEUH. The successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of care by the maintenance of a clean environment conducive to patient care. The post holder will co-ordinate a range of services, including cleaning, catering, supplies, linen services, and general maintenance issues reporting and rectification, and work closely with the support service departments and Senior Charge Nurse and staff to ensure that national and local standards are met. You should have good communication skills, exhibit professionalism and be motivated.
Experience of working within a hospital environment is desirable but not essential. Computer skills are essential within this role.
