JOB TITLE: HDR Fee Earner
HOURS: Full Time. Flexi hours can be arranged
Location: South Manchester Hybrid
Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
YOUR NEW COMPANY:
Multi Practice reputable law firm in South Manchester are looking to expand their Housing Disrepair Team. They specialise in multiple practice area, and being part of this team of 30-50 people will give you the opportunity to explore other departments outside of HDR in the future. This firm are ready to hire for immediate start or January start, it could be the perfect firm for your fresh start.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from inception to completion.
* Drafting court documents
* Excellent knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law
* Dealing with complex cases
* Dealing with small claims, fast and multitrack cases
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience managing or heavily assisting HDR claims
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
