Our doughnutier’s work around the clock in our bespoke production kitchen, to create the freshest, tastiest, and biggest doughnuts! Now we need you to help us spread the good times at our central production kitchen.

We have a Head Bakervacancy available working in our dough production kitchen where you would be working 35- 40hours across 5 days per week, between Monday and Sunday, with shifts starting from 5am (3am during seasonal periods).

Job responsibilities:

• Liaising with Production Managers to create daily production levels and ensuing the numbers/ allocations are met in the allocated time to the company quality standards, anticipating the potential for any product quality issues which may occur.
• Overseeing the team in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
• Producing our doughnuts by dough mixing, weighing, cutting, proving, and frying as per the Company’s recipe and techniques.
• Ensuring that when using our dangerous machinery, you adhere to all our instructions and training and report any damage or issues with equipment to the Production Managers.
• Checking products for quality issues, and reporting products that do not meet the required standards to the Production Managers.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment (including dangerous machinery) and workstations to a high standard.
