AddressWe are delighted to be hiring for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the team at Redfields Garden Centre as a Head Barista. The position is full time 40 hours a week, including weekends.
We are looking for a person with:
· Leadership skills to manage a team
· A passion to train and develop the potential of other team members
· A great passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectation
· A pride in a job well executed
· ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
· attentive, pleasant, and friendly with both, our customer and other team members
· Previous barista and catering experience
· Flexibility with the duties
· Organisational skills
We are taking a great pride in our customer service (we don’t want our customer to wait for their drinks and food) so a friendly and motivated person is a must.
