We are working with a dynamic restaurant and cafe group, with branches all over the North West and more planned. We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Barista to ensure the quality and consistency of our coffee offer.
We are looking for an exceptional person or 3 exceptional Head Baristas for our 3 Cafes in Liverpool and the surrounding area.
We want you to fit in with our ethos of service and hospitality. Our Head Baristas must have a wide knowledge of coffee and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of espresso shot assessment and quality control. They will understand brew ratios and have a working knowledge of coffee equipment. They will also have had a long stint as a Head Barista or senior barista in another reputable coffee shop, serving speciality coffee.
The successful candidate will be as passionate about serving customers and offering 5-star hospitality, as they are about brewing coffee. Above all the successful candidate will have a great personality and attitude to working well as a team for the benefit of our customers.

What you ll be doing:
As a Head barista, you will be the coffee master of your store. Your extensive knowledge of speciality coffee will help you to lead the team, make product orders and drive sales through the roof.

• Teach others about efficient workflow, the perfect espresso shot and acing their latte art
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, rotas, stock management and inventory
• Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station
• Create new recipes and make outstanding coffee. Show off your latte art get creative!

What we re looking for:
We are after Head Baristas with passion and experience within the speciality coffee industry. The diary accommodates flexible shifts and a background using manual espresso machines and dialling in grinders. Ideally with experience as a keyholder and leading a team to success.
