Salary up to £45,000 plus tron and £5,000 bonus

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in High Level Dining to join our family run business that first opened its doors over twenty seven years ago. We have 9 sites across the UK and are a growing company that want somebody to grow and develop with us!

Drive standards and knowledge to create food Wow moments for your guestsBe an ambassador of the Food Journey and exceed your guest's expectationsCommunicate regularly and effectively with your team, General Manager and Operations TeamBuild a working partnership with your General Manager to deliver your site and kitchen targetsBuild and maintain relationships with our Product PartnersSupporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the site, from restaurant to hotel and eventsManaging, developing and growing your team - being a great communicatorWhat's in it for you?
