Our ambitions in the next 24 months is to expand in Wiltshire. We currently have 8 sites in Bristol. This is why we are looking for a Head Chef/Kitchen manager who is ambitious and driven and wants to showcase their ability. (if you are amazing Sous Chef who feels they have the ability step up the ladder then we are interested to hear from you also.) .

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary dishes are served. **Duties:** - Lead and manage kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities - Create and update menus to meet customers' preferences and seasonal availability - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Monitor food and labor costs to maintain budgetary guidelines - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures - Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production, and kitchen management - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Culinary degree or certification is a plus If you have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious dishes, we invite you to apply for the Head Chef position with us.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
