Our ambitions in the next 24 months is to expand in Wiltshire. We currently have 8 sites in Bristol. This is why we are looking for a Head Chef/Kitchen manager who is ambitious and driven and wants to showcase their ability. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary dishes are served. **Duties:** - Lead and manage kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities - Create and update menus to meet customers' preferences and seasonal availability - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Monitor food and labor costs to maintain budgetary guidelines - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures - Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production, and kitchen management - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Culinary degree or certification is a plus If you have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious dishes, we invite you to apply for the Head Chef position with us.
