Position: Head Door Supervisor - Sports Bar
Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £18.00
Location: Manchester
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (Can vary due to the nature of sport events)
Are you a professional and dedicated Head Door Supervisor with a passion for Keeping People Safe?
A Head Door Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a good time.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing a security team at a busy venue (particularly during the premier league matches and major sporting events.
- Liaising with the client on events and reporting to line manager any changes in the schedule.
- Scheduling the team in 6 weeks in advance
- Keeping an up-to-date track of uniform and documents on site along with feedback reports to ensure top standards of delivery.
