We are looking for anenthusiastic individual who canlead our Golf Greenkeepers team andhelpus keep ourgolfcourseslookingamazingandrunning smoothly.

You willbe responsible for:

• Training, development, and performance ofthe Golfteam. Leading by example to make a positive difference in their ability tomaintainand preservethegrounds to continuallyprovidequality playing conditions forcustomers.

• Positively contributingtowards the customer experienceby acting as anambassadorof the venue anddeliveringexcellent customer service at all times.

• Ensure the safety of customers and staffbyregularly completingrisk assessmentsandinspections, reporting issues,andrecommending developments and changeswhen necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experiencein greenkeeping ofthe golf course and groundsand greenkeeping qualifications.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillswith the ability to engage and connect with a varied customer base.

• Experience in leading and managinga team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
